Breakfast was great, there was a great variety, cream cakes are great. room was small but it was comfortable, I asked for a double bed and not two singles together and they gave it to me. wifi was working well and cleaning was all right. location is not bad, it's very close to Parque Eduardo VII, walking, to the center you can go by subway, is right in front of the hotel, in 15 minutes you are there,
attention of the receptionists was not good, they were quite unpleasant. you arrive at a place, you expect to be greeted with a welcome, even if it is a "hello", nothing. Only one of them was very nice. Regarding the rooms, I think it would be a good suggestion if they added plugs, since there were only two in the whole room, in hidden places and there were none in the bathroom. Finally, one of the things we liked the least was the parking issue, we went by car, hotel offers parking for 9, 50 euros per day, it doesn't reserve the place for you, that is, if there is a place in the parking, you can park, if you go out and come back later and there is no place, you get screwed, you paid 9, 50 for the day. I think that the system is not good, that if you do not want to reserve places, that you charge by the hour or time that the car is parked there, is a suggestion that would add up a lot.

Hotel located in a non-central area, close to the Gulbenkian Foundation. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and also to do some shopping. It is next to the mouth of the S. Sebastião metro, allows you to take the blue line (centre) and red line (airport) directly. is a great advantage when travelling. It is also relatively close to the Plaza del Duque de Saldanha to take buses to various destinations, such as Belém. If you go by car, you have to pay for parking from Monday to Friday in the street. accommodation has a parking lot at a good price, although it is not very big and it is convenient to arrive early to get a place. staff is great, they speak Spanish and give all kinds of explanations. receptionist who made our "check-in" was especially kind to us, is to be thanked in the first contact. room they offered us was very spacious and comfortable. cleanliness is remarkable. quiet hotel. works in the building next door do not bother at all because they are carried out at hours when you are not usually in the hotel. Breakfast is served properly and well attended.
The towels could be a little bigger. Some more breakfast options like eggs or omelet wouldn't hurt.

Above all, the friendliness of the reception staff, who are always helpful, facilitating reservations, indicating destinations, etc., very well. Furthermore, the hotel is in a quiet but well-connected area with a metro station in front, the red line and a few metres further on, the blue line (it is advisable to travel around Lisbon by public transport). The comfort of the room, right. Excellent cleanliness.
The quality/price ratio. It is a 3 star car park and although it is easy to access the historical area of Lisbon, it is not in the centre and they charge for the car park that they do not assure you have every day as there are very few places (in this case the staff will indicate a public car park to take you there). The room is without breakfast, for the price could already enter (to us, the hotel offered it free as a courtesy, we were 4 nights)
